Willkommen zum GitLab-Workshop bei den Grazer Linuxtagen 2026! Heute zeige ich euch anhand eines einfachen Beispiels, wie CI/CD mit GitLab funktioniert. Bitte loggt euch mit euren zugewiesenen Zugangsdaten ein und aktualisiert euer Passwort. Im Anschluss könnt ihr alles direkt im Browser erledigen. Alternativ könnt ihr das Projekt natürlich auch klonen, lokal arbeiten und die Änderungen pushen. Am Ende könnt ihr das gesamte Projekt exportieren bzw. das Repository klonen/herunterladen und archivieren/auf einer anderen GitLab-Instanz wiederherstellen.

Welcome to the GitLab workshop at the Graz Linux Days 2026! Today I’ll show you how CI/CD works with GitLab using a simple example. Please log in with your assigned credentials and update your password. After that, you can do everything directly in your browser. Alternatively, you can of course clone the project, work locally, and push the changes. At the end, you can export the entire project or clone/download the repository and archive it or restore it on another GitLab instance.
